Understanding the Client needs
While user experience mattered, Fitbit prioritized conversions, revenue, and higher CLTV (repeat purchases/subscriptions). Lowering CAC (acquisition cost) for new customers was also crucial. Our UX/UI redesign tackled these needs with streamlined navigation, richer product information, and a strong brand experience that reflects Fitbit's health and fitness focus.

Defining the Problem
User research revealed several pain points:
Complex Navigation: Users struggled to find specific products due to a cluttered layout and unclear categorization.
Limited Product Discovery: The store lacked features to showcase product features and benefits effectively.
Uninspiring Design: The existing design felt generic and failed to capture the energy of the Fitbit brand.

Understanding Users
Through surveys and user interviews, we identified two primary user groups:
Sarah (Gym Rat): Overwhelmed by cluttered data and needs a cleaner interface for easy navigation.
David (Newbie Walker): Lost in confusing menus and needs a simplified layout with clear labels.
Maria (Busy Professional): Discouraged by the impersonal interface and wants customization options.
