Understanding the Client needs

While user experience mattered, Fitbit prioritized conversions, revenue, and higher CLTV (repeat purchases/subscriptions). Lowering CAC (acquisition cost) for new customers was also crucial. Our UX/UI redesign tackled these needs with streamlined navigation, richer product information, and a strong brand experience that reflects Fitbit's health and fitness focus.

  • Limited Product Discovery: The store lacked features to showcase product features and benefits effectively.


  • Uninspiring Design: The existing design felt generic and failed to capture the energy of the Fitbit brand.
