Through user research (interviews & surveys), we identified two key personas: the Discerning Driver (prioritizes a seamless, high-value experience) and the Aspiring Luxury Enthusiast (seeks an easy entry point). Understanding their needs became crucial for aligning the app with Hype's brand promise and driving business growth.
